I wanted to share some Snack Ideas with everyone! All of these have 100 calories or less, so you can snack without feeling guilty! *Medium Apple 80 cals. *1 cup Fresh Pineapple Chunks. 80 cals. *1 ounce Cheese 75-100: Check Label! *3 cups Air Popped Popcorn, No butter! 100 I like to season with Lawry's salt. *1 1/2 Cups Watermelon. 75 Enjoy! :D

Roll Gold's thin pretzel sticks have about 120 calories per 48 sticks! Doing some quick math, that means 40 sticks are 100 calories. As most of us don't eat 40 pretzel sticks (I usually stop around 20-30), this also is a good low-cal snack. :D

add this one to the list! dannon lite and fit yogurt has 90 calories per serving. also a good source of calcium..

How about celery? Hardly any calories at all!

I have a bunch: !/2c ff frozen yogurt 5 prunes or figs 1/2c apple sauce V8 with 1 wasa cracker 10 asparagus spears 1 med banana 1/2 of a cantaloupe 10 cashews /1 oz. cheddar cheese 10 almonds 1c canned corn 2 oz. cranberry sauce 1 large boiled egg 1 frozen fruit bar 1/2c jello 1 grapefruit 2c honeydew 1/2c sherbet 3 plums 1/2 baked potato with skin 1/4c hummus 1/2c steamed edamame(fresh green soybeans)

I love Nature Valley crunchy granola bars ( roasted almond ) its only 190 calories and theres 2 in a pack very filling :D

you can get the orginal ones which are big, and have 90 cals, or the "no sugar added" ones, that are smaller, but still enough to satify at 45 cals. They do the trick for my sweet tooth. I also love smart pop kettel corn, half a bag is about 100 cals, and I can feel like I am stuffing my face, and its sweet and salty (two cravings one shot). if I want some thing meaty... smart dogs (those are the vegi ones)... 100 cals each. And if I need a pre dinner filler (if I am starving for dinner and don't want to over eat) 2 cups of lettus and a table spoon of ("2 good" I think its Kraft, 2 gram fat salad dressings, all differnt kinds, like them all) salad dressing.. fills me up and is less then 100 cals so I don't over eat. Lots of Water!! no cals! Hanson's diet soads with splenda, tasy, no cal, love the ginger ale![size=18:9061a4c8b7][/size:9061a4c8b7]

Thanks guys this is great: hard cooked egg = 70-75 calories 1 large marshmellow = 23 calories (but who can eat just one) 1 1/2 cups of cantaloupe cubes = 84 calories 2 cups strawberries = 90 calories 3 slices baccon = 109 calories (let someone else have a bite and your down to 100 again) 1 tablespoon butter = 102 calories 1 tablespoon olive oil = 119 calorie (is this right?) Now I need to pull all this info together and set up a 1200-1500 eating plan. Great start! Thanks

A good 100 calorie snack is a turkey sandwich on 35 calorie bread, filling and a snack. I tell you i eat these a lot, I've lost 27 pounds.

low cal soy milk ( 8th continent from wal-mart) 30 cals 1/2c 1/2 banana around 55 cals 1 packet of splenda 1/2c of ice mix in blender and eat up, great for calcium and potassium... Very filling and tasty you can use other fruit as well and all for 85 cals... slender soy milk=1c.= chocolate(my kids love it and they are picky)=71cals, mix with ice in blender or put in freezer to turn slushy, great for chocolate cravings and rich in calcium.. I will give more later...Those are my favorites Oh yeah, freezing banana's or grapes mmmm they are great!!!

Before you let your kids drink any more soy milk please do some research on it. I just read another article about how absolutely horrible it is for children. It's not great for adults either though. One side effect of soy protiens is thryroid disfunction. Many scientist want warning labels on foods that have soy in them. Comparing soy to ciggrettes. The bad thing is soy is in everything! http://www.mercola.com/2000/oct/8/soy_crisis.htm http://coconutoil.com/soy.htm http://allergies.about.com/cs/soy/a/aa061499.htm At least look at both sides of the story. just type in soy, soya, or soy beaan into your search engine. A lot of research has been done it lately.

Thank you I will check it out I have not heard any bad things about soy only the benefits to it... I have not even thought for a second that it would or could be bad for anyone... Again Thanks,
