A diet that works for one person might not work for another. I think your best bet is to read up on several different plans and find something that suits you. I think you need to look at how much you need to lose and base your decision on that. Portion control is key to any diet though as well as exercise. Also, if you aren't doing so already, make sure you are drinking enough water. I have lost 50 lbs on Atkins, but again, it isn't for everyone. At the moment, I am just watching what I eat and making sure I exercise. Read through posts on here and you will get some ideas of different things you can do to help you with your lifestyle change.
