Hi Stormi, Yes, I am guilty of weekend binging. The work week is no problem because I'm busy. But on the weekends I have a ton of time on my hands. Time to think of FOOD! And lots of time I end up giving in and eating more than I should. BTW, welcome aboard!
You are not alone. During the week I have a structured schedule that keeps me in line. The 'fridge is "outta sight, outta mind" On the weekends.. you know how it goes! Last weekend I wanted to EAT EAT EAT. but instead of doing this (for once) I went for a short walk. My mother even suggested that I tie off the entrance to the kitchen, but I thought that was a little crazy. :lol: I've been trying to drink a lot more water, too.
honestly that probably happens to everyone. when you sit around relaxing in a nice stress free environment ultimately you feel like eating something. just human nature!
