I'm sorry to hear about your job loss, but it appears you already have a solid back-up plan. Keep in mind, if $$ is tight, you should get a severance package and maybe you could file for unemployment. That should help until you get your business fully going. On the weekends, I always promise myself how much I'm going to work-out. I do it, but never as much as I hope, and never when I hope! LOL! So it still takes motivation to get it done. Therefore, even though you may be home now, the challenge might be even greater for you to work-out. Just keep yourself focused in this area (I say this to myself all the time).
when one door closes another door opens. sure its tough to lose a steady job with a "guaranteed" paycheck but in reality there are no guarantees in life. you "lose" that job but gain an opportunity to do things you really want to do. and you can definitely take your extra spare time and use it to help you lose weight. when life gives you lemons, make lemonades :) i am over my daily quotient of pithy sayings so have a good one!
I'm really sorry to hear about your job. I found out on Friday that I may be in the same boat. I won't know until the middle of December, but I can empathize with you! I'm glad you have a back-up. If I get laid off, I won't have that luxury. I hope your business does well. As far as working out is concerned, I'm glad you are motivated. That's really what you need to get going. It's also what I lack!
you suck at keeping a job fatty
