The end of November is coming up fast! A lot of us have goals for then, and a lot of us just want a loss.

+ Drink more water
+ Exercise everyday for at least 5 minutes extra!
+ EAT HEALTHY!
+ STAY MOTIVATED!
There does NOT have to be a gain this week! If you want to stop whatever gain you think you might have made join in and try!

sounds like a plan! i am doing good this time!
i am happy to say that i worked out both on saturday and sunday, also made it through the weekend without having a chocolate meltdown.
although the scale hasn't moved, i feel thinner if that makes any sense.
hope everyone else did well.. only a few days left til Turkeyday!

I ended up loosing one pound, when i wouldve gained 2!
