Hello Everyone!! The end of November is coming up fast! A lot of us have goals for then, and a lot of us just want a loss. Are you having a rough week? i am happy to say that i worked out both on saturday and sunday, also made it through the weekend without having a chocolate meltdown. although the scale hasn't moved, i feel thinner if that makes any sense. hope everyone else did well.. only a few days left til Turkeyday!


WTG!!! I ended up loosing one pound, when i wouldve gained 2!


Good work! Every pound counts.
