I wouldn't call this too quick and easy, but good old sausage and eggs is fairly quick and easy. plus it's low in carbs and will definitely fill you up. btw, welcome aboard!
Eggs are always a good choice. Boil them, scramble them, make an omelette. They always seem to tide my hunger over!
Hi! If you are looking for a light breakfast, that packs about 210 calories. 1 cup of fat free yogurt (150 calories) and 1 cup strawberries, (60 calories) [i:a6d31ab273]or[/i:a6d31ab273]3/4 cup cottage cheese (also 150 calories) and 1 medium sized apple (60 calories)
Thanks for all the input. :D I do like eggs but again the time constraints I just know I wouldn't have the time to really cook anything before I have to leave. :( This place is great. :D I hope to find the support, advice and humor needed for this journey. -Dia
Eggs only take 5 minutes to cook if you scramble them!
I know how hectic mornings can be!! If you keep it healthy I'm sure any breakfast, other than left over triple pepperoni pizza, is OK!!
Might I suggest a low fat yogurt with a sprinkle of wheat germ over the top. It takes less then two minutes to put together and is wonderful for you.
