I would imagine if you are only looking to lose about 35 pounds by the beginning on May 2004 you should have no trouble doing it. It doesn't look like you are eating much during the course of the day.. I imagine you could add a salad, tuna, or skinless chicken w/ some raw or cooked veggies. Watch out for processed starchy foods like white rice and pasta.. :welcome and nice to meet you!
..and if you aren't sure if you are following a diet correctly, maybe visit your local library and see if they have any dieting books available for check-out. This might give you the opportunity to check out several different diet books and see if any seem more suitable for you, then after you have an idea of the one that fits your lifestyle and tastes the best, invest in it! You can do anything you set your mind to!! :D
Well I broke down and bought two Atkins books :) I have broken some of the rules so tommorow I will start fresh. I haven;t been drinking any water, for eg

I’m just curious since you say… “I have always eaten healthy foods and I don't feel good about what I'm eating.” What makes you try this diet? Sounds like you think it is UN-healthy. I don't think any diet will work if it goes against your gain.
