Here is what I have been having for an evening treat the last couple of nights. I'm sorry that I do not have the carb, calorie count for it :( I call it a [b:62f16f0e84]Fruit Sundae[/b:62f16f0e84] What you will need: 2 fresh pineapple rings, cut. 1/2 banana, sliced. Handful of seedless grapes. 1 small cup of Yoplaits french vanilla creme yogurt. Put fruit in a sundae cup and top with yogurt. Yummy!!
