I was wondering if I can use the Atkins bake mix in any recipe and fake sugar of course. Also does anyone have any quick and/or simple recipes useing the stuff. I looked online for hours last nite and the only stuff I could find called for all kinds of different flours and soy things and I just don't have time to hunt all of those things down in various store. That is why I bought the bake mix in the first place to make things easier on myself :roll: Thanx :)

go to www.atkinscenter.com and go into the recipe section. If I remember correctly you can use it for 'fried' chicken to a low carb cake. Hope this helps!
