If you've made a halloween goal, please take a min to pic your answer. Are you going to make it? Will you come close? Far away?


My Halloween goal was to get to 239 pounds on my home scale (the bouncing one). Since my scale bounces, I didn't necessarily have to weigh 239 pounds - I just want the scale to dip that low (I call this my "low reading"). As of this morning, Oct. 27th, the scale gave a low reading of 241 pounds. If I push myself this week, I just might be able to get it to dip to 239 pounds before the end of the week! :D Now, by "push hard" I don't mean starving myself or 8 hour work-outs. I just mean making sure I do my work-outs more often and really watching what I eat (I have been nibbling on some Halloween candy :wink: ). If I don't make it, that's still O.K. At a "low weight" of 241, I'm definitely psyched! I wanted to lose about 20 pounds and I'm coming awfully close! I can officially say, that per my home scale, my weight is in the 240's! Of course, the evil work scale still has me in the 260's. :evil: Still, I went from 285 to 267 on that, and this is fully dressed, with shoes, sweater and a lab coat! Remove all of that and I'm close to 260. Not bad. Still, I like the 240 number (from my home scale) more. :wink:


about 10 pounds away here.. not **too** much off.. :)


with shame faced embarassment i must say "no". i have done a really bad job in october and i am about the same weight as when i started. :oops:


I definitely hit mine. BigBoy, just get up, dust yourself off and get back on track. Nothing to be ashamed of.
