15 to 20 pounds from age 25 to 55? Extra weight makes your body work harder to normal bodily functions. Your heart has to pump harder. (Did you know that your heart is a muscle that is about the size of your fist?) Not to mention the exra stress that extra weight causes on your knees, hips, and ankles. Just another good reason to lose some weight!!


thats it? many people i notice seem to be carrying a lot more extra weight than 15 or 20 pounds.
