Just wanted to post that this week has been a real turnaround! I had no "treats" ( that being [b:1a09e560c0]chocolate[/b:1a09e560c0] My personal fave!) and I worked out every day. The scale reads about the same, but I know that I'm burning off fat and building muscle, so I'm not worried. Anyhow, just thought I'd share! :lol:


Thanks for sharing. If you workout you may even see the scale stay steady at the same weight for awhile. Muscle weighs more than fat does, so this is no big deal. Go by how you look and how you feel in your clothes.


Thanks BigAl. I am a little sore today, but overall I feel much better since I've been working out. Gets rid of the guilty feelings I get when I don't.


Just a tip on what really helped me to stay motivated during walks and biking...my walkman! As long as I have music I don't even notice my workout. Once my batteries died and honestly I had to go home because I couldn't stand focusing on my workout.I find I just listen to the music and zone out....works for me anyway.. :)


I love my walkman too. Put in some tunes and off you go!!!
