Junk food is the first thing to go if you want to lose weight. Don't get to down it will come off if you stick to your deit and give it some time.
it is never a bad idea to cut the "goodies" most junk food is full od sugars and carbs, and they don't provide any kind of nutrition. if you have the urge for something salty, pretzels and popcorn cakes do the trick for me!
indeed. junk food. tastes great but more filling :)
[quote:34d5c23472="BigBoy"]indeed. junk food. tastes great but more filling :)[/quote:34d5c23472] I love junk food - Suzie Q's... drool... But these days I think, "Sure, I want that piece of candy... but will it really satisfy me? It'll be but a moment on my lips - and it won't do me any good." Then I squeeze my still very big stomach and realize that I seriously don't need junk food. In some ways, my goal is to finally get thin enough so that I can indulge in some junk food without feeling guilty about it! That's motivation!
i know exactly how feel. i think i may have even had my last "binge". i over did this weekend with the sweets as usual. truth be told, i ended up feeling like crap. my body felt thick. it is definitely at the point that its not worth it.
Sweets are fine on SPECIAL OCCASSIONS. My mom told me she only got candy for christmas when she was a little girl!!! Not saying you should only have candy for christmas but MAYBE once every 2 weeks you can. If you're craving for it, have it. Because the longer you crave, the more hungry you'll be and you may "binge" eat, But only eat like 1 little piece or a little bit of a candy bar. Hope this helps!!! :)
there is this old guy, his name is jack la laine, and he [i:7ee2d86a53]never eats chocolate or dairy foods. [/i:7ee2d86a53] he is like 90 years old, too so maybe he's on to something? not even a special occasion is enough to make him eat candy. now that is impressive..

I get that. For example, I like skim milk (honestly!) but I can't stand heavy creams or even 2% milk. For me, drinking skim milk is the way to go. I drank this pre-diet and I'm drinking it now. It was the one thing I didn't have to change. :D But if I adored whole milk, giving it up for the rest of my life just to live to 90+ is a bit much. And this is doubly true for chocolate!! 8O I can't see how anyone can give that up (maybe when I'm 90 - God willing - I won't want any candy either, but right now I do!! ;) ).
