I cannot remember where I heard or read this, but I find it works.
Brushing your teeth after every meal, makes you less likely to eat between meals. Something about the clean feeling of your mouth AND we all know how food or drink tastes after brushing your teeth (well soon after anyways). I have been doing this and I am finding I eat less often. Plus, my teeth are whiter!!!!!!
Don't get me wrong, I did brush my teeth before :lol: !

not to mention it cleans out sugar deposits in your mouth that cause tooth decay and bad breath, gingivitis etc.
Cold water also tastes refreshing after a good toothbrushing!!
