Did my new video I got from ebay, Kathy Smith: Lower Body Workout
Its two 12 min sessions with a 5 min cool down
And I did it all!!!!!!!!!
29 Minutes of exercise!
I have done exercise videos 5 times in the last week and a half!! Once for this week (Since Sunday, October 5th) and 4 times the week before!
I've finally got in a habit of doing it! I am just very proud of myself right now. May not be a big deal, but I think it is!
Your probably all bored of hearing about me starting my videos, but its a BIG step for me.
