29 Minutes of exercise!
I have done exercise videos 5 times in the last week and a half!! Once for this week (Since Sunday, October 5th) and 4 times the week before!
I've finally got in a habit of doing it! I am just very proud of myself right now. May not be a big deal, but I think it is!
Your probably all bored of hearing about me starting my videos, but its a BIG step for me.

Congratulations! You should have posted this in the "Success" forum, not the "Trials and Tribulations" one. ;)
Great news! Once you make working-out part of your daily or weekly routine, it'll become so second nature, that you'll almost want to do it. While most people do not like exercise, the adrenalin rush combined with the knowledge you're helping your body keeps most people going.
Cool! Keep in mind how great you are going to feel after every workout and they will get easier!
