Hello, I thought I would share this link with everyone. I found this guy to be very inspiring and I ordered his book. I'm not through it yet, he recommends that you read it slowly so it sinks in a bit. http://www.chunktohunk.com/bp.php?page=/pages/index.html let me know what you think

I just visited the website. I love that guy's sense of humour! I completely understand why the book would be so wonderful. Thanks for that!

Thanks for the link! That website is great - I may even get his book. I fully relate to many of his comments and stories. While I, thankfully, never got up to 371 pounds, how I eat and exercise is similar. I try for a low-cal diet, but I'm sure there are days I overconsume. However, what I eat is the difference. No more double cheese pizzas, deep-fried appetizers and liters of coke! It's carrots, salads, tuna, fruits, etc. I have so much fiber in me (like this guy) that I feel I should be a gas factory! But I know the fiber is doing me a world of good. I don't have his binging/indulgence on Fridays - yet. Once I get my weight down like he did, I may allow myself to indulge. For now, though, I'd rather avoid temptations. I seriously look at what I eat, how I eat and when I eat. I drink a lot of water because my body wants it! And I agree with his philosophy of weight-trainging. I'm hoping that because I wasn't as big as he became, that I don't have loose skin as I lose weight. I'm hoping I stopped myself in time for that (and that my weight-training will assist me there). Still, if I have a little loose skin, so be it. Far better that than to be 80-90 pounds overweight! So great link! I like! Thanks! :D
