Granted, this may not be a big deal. But it is to me, I bought a workout video 'Kathy Smith, -Weight Loss Workout' a year ago and have used it once on my journey to weight loss. and its always been a goal of mine, the once I used it was a few weeks ago, and I did it again today! and longer! For 35 min! Along with Aerobic excercise's! I am trying to get myself to do it once a week, abnd later on 3 times a week, so I cant help but feel excited when I actually do it! Today was great when I did the video, my two nephews that I am watching since their mother is out of town, did it with me! They are 7 and 4 years old. They enjoyed it alot, although they couldn't do everything, they did a wonderful job at trying. And that motivated me to do the video longer! Granted this time we skipped most of the weight workout warmup, [only about 8 min long.] but we did half of it, and then got all the way to the end of Aerobic Workout one, before none of us could keep up. I soon hope to be able to do the fast-paced part, where we ended. That was exciting to get there. ::Hops up and down:: I am really energetic at the moment! -Veronica

Good Luck!

Congratulations!!! :D When I first started my work-outs (on the BowFlex), I too struggled to get through their basic 20 minute routine. Doing 9 stomach crunches with some token resistance felt like climbing Mt. Everest!  But after 6 weeks, I can see me improving more and more. I write down every time I increase the weights on the machine. I note when I can do more repititions. Plus, my work-outs now last 45-50 minutes!! While I still have to motivate myself to do my work-outs (does anyone REALLY like exercising? ), I am pleased at my progress! Therefore, keep at it! In a few weeks, you'll be doing a lot more of that tape. A month after that - you might finish the whole tape! Good luck and congratulations again!

As you go along, it will get easier to do.. if you add 1 minute everyday for 30 days, before you know it it's a half an hour more than what you could do!! Keep up the good work!!

Good job. Sounds like you're getting in better shape all the time.
