Tasty mushroom weight loss recipe
low in carbs
Here is a tasty side dish (or dinner even!)
You will need:
4 Portabella Mushrooms
Olive Oil
4 Slices of mozzarella or provolone cheese.
4 Peices of cooked Crispy bacon.
Spices to taste. Salt/pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
Lightly coat bottom of Glass baking dish with Olive Oil. Arrange mushrooms in baking dish gills facing up, lightly drizzle a small amount of olive oil on each mushroom. Crumble bacon on top, then spices, top with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes. This recipe contains no carbs!

I so tried that! They rocked! Lucky for me, I'm the only one I live with that actually will eat my cooking, so more for me! Lunch tomorrow, dinner, breakfast! :lol:
