thanks for posting that. :D i never knew that you only had to cut back 500 calories a day to lose about a pound a week, heck that would be cutting back a pepsi or two a day!! makes losing weight sound pretty simplistic!
nice find on that one! in order to "maintain" 250 i would need to consume 2850 calories. considering i am at around 2000 right now, that makes me feel very good. plus the half hour elliptical trainer i have been doing burns calories .. 300 to be exact, so on workout days i'm netting about 1,700 calories. that must mean i'm losing!
