I had been trying to lose weight since April and I could not drop more than a pound - which I would gain back immediately. I was feeling frustrated so I revamped my eating and exercising plan. I reduced my calories from 1600 to 1310 and increased my exercising from 1.5 hours a week to 4 hours a week. The pounds are dropping like flies. I've also discovered that since I am exercising more I don't want to eat junk food because it would ruin my efforts. Also, staying busy keeps me from being "hungry" when I'm really not. I've also learned that consuming a ton of water a day makes me feel full. I can't believe I am actually enjoying this!!! :D
