Flax and fish oil are oils that will actually help with weight loss! They help things move along more smoothly, (if you get my drift... :wink: ) and help in the metabolizing (sp?) of fats! Plus they are good for your hair, skin, nails, eyes, and all sorts of good things! And if you eat flax seeds that are ground up, you get the benificial oils, plus a lot of fiber!! And we all know how good fiber is for us! And if you take a tablespoon of un-ground flax seeds with 10 oz. of water, 30 mins. before meals, it will help give you a full feeling, although you don't get the oil from them, they have to be ground. Look this stuff up for yourself!


I have heard that too. Where can you find these oils?


At any health food store. I work at Wild Oats, (I don't know if you have one by you,) but that is a really good place to start. They will also have tons of information to help you along the way.
