Great going on your exercise plan! Swimming will really get your heart going! :D I recently read, though, that while aerobic exercises, like running, swimming, treadmills, stair-masters, etc. are great for helping you lose weight, [b:428ecca897][i:428ecca897]IF[/b:428ecca897][/i:428ecca897] you have a lot to lose, then you should also add in some form of weight training. Why? Because if you are very big, once you lose the weight, you will have a lot of loose skin. By doing weight training in addition to diet and aerobic exercises, the skin will cling to your growing muscles. Therefore, once you lose the weight, not only will you appear much more tone, but you won't have loose skin (or, at least as much of it). This doesn't necessarily mean running to the gym and doing a series of 150-pound bench presses. Rather, it does mean doing some exercises with weights, even as little as 5-10 pounds. The above advice is not necessarily meant for you "Fluffy" as I am not sure of your weight or weight removal goals. But it is something we all need to keep in mind, especially if we need or want to drop 50 or more pounds.

wooo hooooo i lost a pound woo hoo go me :P

Nice work! Feels good to accomplish goals!
