Of coures it's a success. A big one! It puts you on the right path to achieving your goals. Congrats!
any day you feel good about what you've done is a success! you should feel very proud of your deternination to do the right thing. this is also like a snowball effect. once you get the ball rolling the momentum of it takes on a life of its own, and it gets easier as time goes on. just take it day by day and you'll do fine!! :D :D :D

Now that you've done it, plan the next one and the next one and the next one. Try to keep things going. And, if for some reason, you miss a scheduled work-out, don't berate yourself. Just work-out the next day. Start the schedule over. Missing a work-out is like indulging in that piece of cake you shouldn't have. It happens. But it doesn't mean that your diet has now collapsed. One piece of cake or one missed work-out is not the end. Just renew your promise to yourself and go again. I have been working-out steadily for the past month. I use my BowFlex every other day - I insist upon it. And now it's starting to become ingrained within me. When I wake up, the first thing I think about is whether the day is a work-out day or not. If I woke up early enough and am feeling awake (I'm not a morning person), I do my work-out right away; otherwise, I save my work-out for after work (weekends are more flexible). But I refuse to miss the work-out. I then try to take my dog for walks on the days I don't use my BowFlex. This gives him some much needed exercise and gives me even more exercise. It does take work to get these little routines into your schedule. But once you do, you'll find yourself actually looking forward to your work-out! So congratulations again! And keep up the great work! :D
I love to wake up in the morning knowing that my muscles have been challenged. It makes me feel "alive"!! I know that it may sound corny, but it is the truth!
WTG!! That is excellent! keep up the good work..
