This morning I weighed in after 4 weeks on the weight watchers program and <drum roll please> I have lost another 4 pounds, for a total of 11 pounds! :) That is a little high for one week, but I came down with a bad cold yesterday and didn't eat much cuz I just wasn't feeling good. So, I may have some lower results next week to balance this out, but that's okay. Joan (nursing a cold/flu but staying on track)

have you lost a dress size or two yet? I get excited when I go down a pant/ Dress size.

i'm not sure if i've gone done a size or not, but i can fit into some jeans that were too snug before, so maybe i have. i wear a lot of elastic, so they still fit even with the fewer pounds. and i like my clothes loose ... always have. there's a pair of jeans in the back of the closet that i would really like to get back into. i don't think i'm there yet, but maybe soon! :)
