:( well i just went to the dr and i have gained 10lbs since i was there a week ago. all i want to do is cry. i am so mad at myself my weight is out of control. i need to do something now! if i weren't sick i would go out and take a walk but i get winded just by walking a block. :( anyone have any advice???
Don't cry. You have to take care of yourself.. and you CAN change. As soon as you aren't sick, go walking.
I know how you feel, I hate scales, they suck(excuse my language)! If you want just tell the doc you aren't getting weighed, I think I am going to do that next time. Anyways, as far as advice goes I would say try to put on some lean muscle. Lean muscle burns alot of calories and looks good also! If you are having a hard time walking try to do 15 minutes of lifting a day. Do your legs one day, then your arms the next, abs and back next, then repeat. Good luck
