it would have been much better if the broken scale was too low! i have the bad habit of weighing myself several times a day. boy is that useless. turns out weight fluctuates all day long!
or weigh yourself once a day at the same time, and then take an average. Add your weight from each day together, then divide by 7 to get an "average" weight. This will often make you happier than the daily fluctuations with weight Sorta corny, but makes a little bit of sense! :)
if i weighed myself everyday i would get way to obsesive about it plus i would also get dicouraged if i was having a fat day and weighed more than the day before
