Makes 15 Servings 2 x 60g Mars Bars 60gms WW Margarine 1 tbspn Golden Syrup 3 Cups Rice Bubbles 120 gms of Dark Cooking Chocolate, chopped 1. Spray a 16cm x 25cm lamington tin with non-stick cooking spray. 2. In the top of a double-boilier saucepan, place the chopped Mars Bars, margarine and golden syrup. Heat gently until melted. 3. Stir in Rice Bubbles until coated with Mars Bars mixture. Press over the base of laminigton tin. 4. Place in refrigerator to set. 5. In the top ot the double-boiler saucepan, melt the Dark Chocolate. Spread evenly over the slice, refrigerate until set. This recipe is from an older WW program...but I've worked out the points to be about 1.5 per serving :) Cheers...Goosey
