grr i m so mad at myself, this is alot harder than i thought when i crave a cigerette and dont smoke i want to eat and i end up giving in to one or the other at home i m fine but when i m at work that is where its a problem. been stressin out alot today too wich was another problem however most of the problems have been sorted out tonight. a friend of mine has become kinda my diet buddy she has already lost like 70lbs and is sharing coping tips and what not to eat and what good exercizes to do and stuff like that she told me that i just need a night to relax so we are going out fishing tonight (we are such tomboys) :D so far her and my boyfriend have been very supportive telling me things like this happen since its a totally new way of eating and the not smoking is just wierd to me, since i have been doing it so long. my friend was just like well ya gotta learn to crawl before you walk and that made me think yeah its gonna be slow at first but soon i will be running.


Way to go! If your friend has lost 70 pounds, she should definiitely serve as a reliable guide. The real worst urges for cigarettes pass in the first 72 hours. Within a week you won't crave it that bad. Keep up the good work.
