Hey everyone! I have this great recipe for tofu lovers out there! Alright... since I only make tofu for myself, I only cut up what i need for a single serving... I usually estimate... Extra-Firm Tofu Marinara Sauce Tomato 1. Dice up the tofu into 1/2 inch cubes 2. Cut up the tomato into thin, round slices (not diced) 3. In a skillet, fry the tofu and tomato until tofu is slightly golden You can do variations on the marinara sauce. You can: 4A. Cook marinara sauce separately, then pour over tofu/tomatos when finished 4B. Cook marinara sauce with tofu/tomatos Also, I like to add chopped onions, green/red peppers, and fresh garlic to this recipe. This really adds flavor (if you like spices). I hope you like it! thanks for that recipe! sometimes living by yourself makes it hard to "diet". often times it was easier to eat out than cook a meal. I'll have to give your recipe a try! :P
