I have just come across this recipe and I think it will help me to stay on the WW program for a long time. It really satisfies my sweet tooth and I don't feel deprived at all!
In a custard bowl mix the following:
2 Tbsp of No-Pudge Brownie Mix (any flavor)
1 Tbsp of Fat-Free vanilla yogurt
Microwave for 1 minute.
Top with 2 Tbsp Cool Whip Lite

Where does one find "no pudge brownie mix"
The only one I know of is Betty Crocker **blushing**
