i am also exercising. during the work week i try to get in at least one 30 minute walk at lunchtime. sometimes i do a 2nd walk in the evening after dinner. my legs are really feeling it! on the weekends, i've been busy doing home repairs and it sure feels like exercise, though it's not as straightforward to try to calculate the bonus points. thanks for the encouragement! :) - joan
making little changes in your everyday life is going to help. something as simple as using the stairs instead of an elevator burns a few extra calories. besides, i've never really cared for elevators that much anyhow!!
