I have a three year old son, who as most children do, start eating things, then change their mind half way through, saying that they don't want it. :x
I promised myself before having children, as I noticed a few of my friends doing exactly the same thing, that I wouldn't fall into the trap of eating my childs' leftovers, and yet I have.
I find it very difficult to throw food away, as I hate wasting. So my son will come to me with whatever he is eating, saying that he doesn't want it, and where does it go, yep straight into my mouth, instead of into the dustbin.
I have put on a large amount of weight, due to this bad habit, and am finding is very difficult to lose it, as I have never had a problem with my weight before. :cry:
If anyone could suggest, the best weight loss program, I would much apprciate it. (I do realise, that I need to stop eating all my sons leftovers, as a start)

That's an interesting dilemna. Everyone is taught to waste not want not. Just try to remember why its a good idea to throw out the food.

Just remember, it's better to WASTE it than to WAIST it! :)
It's hard to say what the best plan for another person is. I'm not even sure I know the best plan for me. But I started on Weight Watchers a week and a half ago AND I'M STILL ON IT! So for me, that's pretty good. I basically got all of the WW info off the internet. I didn't join and I don't go to any meetings. I do know some friends who are also doing the plan so that helps.
