Hi!! i just joined and am always on some kind of diet for those 10 to 15 lbs... Join me on my wacky quest for perfection (or some distorted form) lol...Tips and advice is always welcome.. pleaze make sure there is some research to back it up for health reasons :D Anyone who wants a buddy..i'm your gal..i like to chat on msn messenger.. pm me and i'll give you the addy to that.. i'm from Austin tx...yehaw... an 8 yr old son married 13 yrs.. i'm a nutritionist and personal trainer so maybe do as i say and don't do as i do.....LOL>>>>ehhehehehe....no one's perfect.. I don't know a thing about perfection and I'm not putting myself on that path but hats off to you and best wishes on those extra 10 or so pounds. I've got 30 or more to go and I just registered this week. I'm day six of seven of a low carb kind of diet and yesterday, I went to the gym. Water aerobics and a hip hop class. Not bad for your 40-ish pudge pot from Nahant, MA. I haven't done instant messenger for a while but I have email if you would like it, I can private it to you. Best wishes!

Hey cookie, I'll be your buddy! I need to loose exactly 15 lbs. I don't have a time limit but i'd like to accomplish this in a month or so, maybe a little longer. I'm also a former anoretic like yourself... but please don't think that this will cause me to relapse or anything. I'm trying to stay focused while not being obsessed, if you know what i mean. Hi Thinspired!! Hard not to fall off the wagon anytime a former ED person wants to lose weight.. Its a life long struggle.. I would love to be your buddy..I get put on these medications and its near impossible to lose weight sometimes.. But I still try.. Let me know what your diet plan is or whatever your plan for dropping the 15 is! Thanx CM~ :wink:


hello just like all of u i am on this quest to lose weight. i do well fora bit then i just fall off the wagon and say forget it but , deep in side i want it all gone. any ideas or suggestions would be great . :lol:


Welcome to all the new people. Good luck your weight loss attempts. Just take your time and try to do it right, meaning healthy. Don't look for shortcuts and don't be discouraged when the going gets tough.
