Hello folks. I'm new to this site and new to a diet. I'm day 5 of Atkins and I have been pretty good on the food (I can't find my book so I'm not 100 percent sure I am doing everything right) and today I went to the GYM and took a hip hop dance class for one sweaty hour. I would love to say hi to some of the regulars if they wish to take a nice 40+ year old from Nahant, MA who has at least 30 pounds to lose under their nice wings. Thanks! nahantress
