well i went to the DR for my asthsma thing or what ever it is cuz now the're not sure what it is, they sent me for test but of course they haven't gotten the results, but anyway i was told not to over exert myself wich means i cant exersize and it is stressing me out does any one know of any exersizes i could do that wouldn't cause me to over excert myself. i am so bored and getting stressed cuz if i am not out doing something i just want to sit infront of the TV and eat and eat and eat some more ahhhhhh


Go for a very slow paced walk, try some stretching, or some very low impact weight lifting. All will help you stay on track and remember at least you're out there doing something. ~~~~~Geo
