Per serving: 790 calories; 6.2 grams carbs; 0.1 grams fiber 2 3lb fryer-broiler checking, cut in portion pieces 1 tsb salt 1/2 tsb pepper 1 3oz bag pork rinds 2 eggs beaten until lemon yellow 2 tbsp half & half 1/4 cup butter or olive oil Wash chicken and pat dry. Crush pork rinds until very fine. Combine salt, pepper and pork rinds and mix well. Conbine eggs and half & half. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then in the pork rind crumbs. Melt butter or heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken and saute until it is well browned on both sides. Turn heat down to low and continue to cook for 1 hr or until chicken is well done. Yum!! :D


That sounds delish!! I'll have to give that one a try.. Sounds pretty easy to prepare, too!
