That is excellent! big victories are often the made by the small victories adding up! keep up the excellent work!! (and keep us posted on your progress) cheers :D pixie~ :D
Congrats on your success so far lezdrum! How do you like the Weight Watchers approach so far?
:D I am liking the WW approach for a couple of reasons. 1) There are no foods that are forbidden. I know that that has been a big problem for me on other programs ... that feeling of deprivation. That being said though, I have a half bag of Tostitos at home and haven't touched them all week. Turns out I'd rather not use up my points on that. So even though theoretically I can eat anything, I'm finding that I don't. 2) I like the fact that I can earn extra points by exercising. It's like a reward system for me! 3) Although I consider keeping a food journal tedious, I'm finding it fun to track my foods / points / exercise using a Excel spreadsheet. Each evening I plan the meals for the next day and it's kind of fun arranging the foods/points so that I come in on target. 4) It hasn't been too hard to stick too. This may actually be something that I can do long term <crossing fingers>! - Joan
sounds like you're doing really well! keep up the good work!
Way to go! It sounds as if you making great progress. It sounds as if its a pretty easy plan to follow?
Yes, it hasn't been too difficult. I think planning out all my meals / points the day before is key. Then I just make slight variations during the day if I need to. I'm on day 5 and have been in my point range and have exercised every day. Woo Hoo!
keep up the good work! you have some momentum now
Congrats on your good effort and results!
