Age: 15 (I've heard that teenagers lose weight faster than adults) Sex: Male Height: 5'9 Weight: 154 Body Fat Percentage: 21%, I have very little fat in my stomach. All my fat goes to my thighs and butt. I eat the same amount of food as a always do, I am on no particular diet. I have begun to jog 5mph on the treadmill for 45 minutes (without break) everyday day of the week, all 7 days. Question 1: How many pounds a week should I be losing? Question 2: Is it normal to have little fat in my stomach and lots of fat in my thighs and butt? Question 3: Will jogging decrease the fat in my thighs?
