Hello i just joined this forum and i just baught a recumbent stationary bike.
my first question i am planning working out on it mon to friday, is this ok
my main goal is to get rid of this belly fat, also what can i use to do strength training as i don't have a gym membership as i only work seasonal and don't have much money.
is there anything around the house that i could do strength training on.
all the help would be appreciated.
