Hi everyone! After 3 months of healthy eating, restricted calories and excercise, i lost 15 pounds to reach my goal of 135 pounds! We didn't have a set of scales at home, so I couldn't weigh myself! I actually lost weight until I was around 120/125 pounds, but my mother commented that I was too thin, so i gained some weight back, but am now trying to stay around 130/132 pounds. I lost weight at quite a reasonable rate, possibly too fast. If anyone wants the specific details of how I lost the weight just ask! :)
