So I'd gotten down to 215, and then I suddenly jumped to my highest weight ever, 226. Just yesterday I was back down to 217, and that made me happy. It also kinda freaked me out (and I know 10 pounds can be due to water weight, but still...) So I set in motion a diet/exercise plan... It will be an adjustment, but i don't think it'll be impossible to manage. I'm also really eager to start seeing the results - and fitting into my favorite pair of jeans again! So I totally have motivation to follow this :)
