Veggie lovers grilled cheese
2 pieces low cal bread
1 piece low fat cheese
no-cal cooking spray (butter flavored)
1 slice of tomato, or 1 handful diced black olives, or veggie of your choosing
Coat both pieces of bread on one side with spray, also coat non-stick frying pan with it. Make like you would a regular grilled cheese, only add the veggies on top of the cheese before placing the other piece of bread on top. Tip: the veggies might stay on better if you use 2 pieces of cheese.
Saute'd Tofu with greens
Using extra-firm tofu, saute in cooking spray (or I can't believe its not butter if you prefer) adding your favorite spices (I like basil and a little bit of orange zest) and a squeeze from a fresh lemon and lime. Serve warm over a bed of your favorite greens.
Try adding tofu to something like hamburger helper, so you don't have all the greasy meat in the food. Tofu has no taste and will take the taste of whatever you cook it with.

Tofu?? i feel kinda dumb cuz i am not sure what it is well i know it it white and looks kinda like a blosck of cheese but what is it??? and how do you cook it? like, if you are cooking it with hamburger would you just fry it up like burger?
Tofu is soy protien, and yeah, you can cook it just like hamburger meat if you want to. But only the firm kind. The silky kind is good for sauces and stuff. Here is a website that will tell you more about tofu (and other soy products) if you're interested...
