Tell those drunks you ain't coming. Actually no dilemna for me since I quit drinking in the 90's :)
If you think that you may have a meltdown, eat your "healthy" food before you make an appearance. Eating prior to that should help curb your appetite. If it doesn't, hit up the veggie tray! No guilt to having a carrot or two!
tell'em yer on a diet. if your fat they'll know why!
lol @Bigboy. Alcohol is one of the WORST things to indulge in if you are trying to loose weight. Too many calories per, with no nutritional value.. not to mention the horrible hangover you'll miss the next morning! :D
What if it's low carb beer? Does that count?
