Hey everybody! I've been working on losing weight, I want to be 135 pounds by Christmas. Today I'm 154, and 24 days ago I was 165. I can't believe it, I'm really happy to actually see something happening. I just hope the next 20 pounds will be as easy. I haven't noticed a huge difference in the way I look just small things. Some examples are my arms feel more muscular, I have no cellulite on my behind, My stomach no longer sticks out so much to make me look like I'm pregnant. I'm only 4 pounds overwight for my height now. I'm 5'5"-6". The middle of August I weighed 175. My plan for the weight loss is the following: Eat 1200-1300 Calories a day (I use Fitday and Ediets) Work out at least 5 times per week (for 1 hour) Walk whenever possible (I don't have a car anyways) Drink lots of water, Eat healthy
