I thought I'd share a good exercise to do on a cold or rainy day, cuz here in New York its going to snow soon 8O (ugh) and I don't know about you guys but I hate to go out in the snow. So I set up my mini trampoline in front of the tv, strap on 2 pound ankle weights and jog in place for 30-45 minutes! Its a great workout if you maintain your target heart rate.
