At first you might drop four pounds a week, but after a while your body might get used to it so it might slow down to about 2lbs a week. There are 12 weeks until christmass, so a resonable expectation would be about a 24lbs loss.[/color:3c4d531a23] [u:3c4d531a23][b:3c4d531a23]Kiara[/b:3c4d531a23][/u:3c4d531a23][/color:3c4d531a23]
It's hard to calculate exactly how much you will lose. Kiara gave good advice, about 2 pounds per week is a realistic number. Keep up with the exercise and eat healthy and reap the rewards of lifetime weight loss :)
Like kiara said do not be bummed if your weight loss slows down a lot after a big initial burst. I lose like 1 lb a day for about 5 weeks and all of a sudden it was like BAM down to a pound a week.
Another thing, you stated the calories that you burn. How do you know? I ask you that because the machines at gyms that state burned calories often over represent calories burned. Also, you really don't have that much weight to loose. Thus, it is really difficult to burn more than 2 pounds of fat a week. When people lose a lot of weight quickly, it tends to be water and muscle. Losing muscle is not a good thing. I may be dating myself, but do you remember when Oprah lost a ton of weight on the liquid diet about 15 years ago? She gained it all back plus more because she lost muscle weight and slowed her metabolism. Good luck. Angie
