Just thought I'd share my mini-success stories. I'm 22 and 5'3. I weigh in on Friday mornings. Last Friday the scale said 150 :cry: but this morning it said 146 :D . This past week Ive been eating low fat foods. Anything I could substitute for low fat I did. Low fat margarine, non fat milk, non fat cottage cheese....everything. I declared the kitchen off limits after 7 30 and I walk for 45 minutes each night at the high school track. And drinking LOTS of water... I live in the bathroom lol. I feel so much less of a fatty then I did a week ago. Just thought I'd share.

Nice job! 4 more sets of 4 pounds will be 16. Add that to the 4 already lost, and 20 pounds is gone as quick as that. Keep it up!
