Now I've heard many different opinions on this, but can you lose weight and tone up just by running, situps and low cal dieting alone???
Running and walking are all I have time for now with the new baby. It takes to long to go the gym and back or go to the pool. But I'm wondering if I'll be able to lose all of it with running alone...when I lost my freshman 15 i did running and swimming and that worked like a charm...
I would think that you could.
Running and swimming are both excellent forms of exercise.
Another good thing you can do for cheap at home is jump rope. Jumping rope (believe it or not) helps to burn a lot of calories quick.
I always think of the movie "Rocky" when I think of jumping rope! Not sure why it conjures that, but it does..
