I actually read in a magazine once that Jared have subs with no mayo, no cheese, and he also worked out everyday. I don't know the exact details, but I know he was controlling his calories at all. I love Subway, and it actually isn't too bad for you, but I wouldn't base a diet around it.
I think a lot of the high fat/ calorie condiments aren't part of this diet. Like cheese and mayo. He did do a really good job losing his weight. If you really like subs and don't like to ccok it might be a perfect plan for you.
